This is a clean, quiet hotel. Staff at front desk is very helpful and speaks English. There is free parking in the underground parking structure. I enjoyed the trail nearby. Breakfast is fantastic and staff is super helpful. Rooms are clean and small, and beds are comfy Hotel is located behind big box stores such as Globus and I walked there easily. If you want to go to town or anywhere else, you will need a car.

Best location, close for shopping Centre, metro and highway , calm and peaceful area. The staff were great, helpful and friendly. Miss suleema( the spilling might be wrong) Was a very good, kind and helpful with us.

Great service!

I think the parking was free.... :s The service was superb. We didn't book in advance enough to ger to double beds, so we had a bed and a sofa bed. The biggest kid 14y/o, 6'1" and 180lbs found it a little uncomfortable...but whaddya gonna do? My 9 y/o left his stuffed toy there, the staff set it aside for us to claim, so thankful. I've spent several days on two occasions there and I have to say... excellent staff, great people. For what it is in terms of facilities they for sure make the best out of it. Front Office to House Keeping, Breakfast Crew to the fabulous Restaurant ( waiters and chefs). amazing. Literally no complaints...will go back there next chance I get. Cheers to everyone working there!

Overpriced for the quality of room

Toilet really needs some deep cleaning, looks like bus station toilet. The plastic curtain for shower also a disaster if you are not small person. Almost 200 euros per night for a room without fridge, coffee machine, etc is just ridiculous. Bed was ok, but most room are 2 single beds together, little space.

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Leider war das Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Flecken an Lampenschirmen, braune Flecken auf dem Teppichboden und auf dem Sessel. Die Wand war mit Flecken verschmutzt. Die Einstufung als 4 Sterne Hotel ging nur bis 2025 und hängt in einer Ecke der Lobby. Eins der schlechteste Mercure Hotels in denen ich bisher war. Es ist aber nicht einmal zu Betonen, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Leider war auch das Restaurant und die Bar über Weihnachten geschlossen.

Nachts. Parkplätze am Hotel viel zu teuer für außerorts...Flure stark abgenutzt und Klima/Heizung imRaum viel zu laut!
