I have stayed at this hotel few days ago ,it It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient,the reception staff was very kind and helpful,i was dressed in ladies business attire and i went to the reception and spoke to the ladies who were very kind,polite and respectful and they have encouraged me so much 😊 ,Ms Latifa the female receptionist was very nice and kind she was dressed professionally and she liked the ladies business attire i was wearing that time , also the lady in the housekeeping helped me to turn the ladies shirt collar on my blazer .

Large room but not much else going for it

I was not impressed. Check in was long time, they charge for coffee in lobby and staff was not even aware that they had a sauna for guests to use, albeit it was 15 Euros!

Very poor and uncomfortable hotel, multicultural experience wasn't good. The tv screen is from past century, dirty and noise room and the toilet was terrible I booked superior room, nothing connected with name and price

Ok for the money; WLAN did not reach into my room, install repeaters please. No tidying up during the 3 nights stay; door to balcony did not shut fully, a cold nightly breeze was to endure. The TV remote had‘nt enough reach from the bed. With a few things the comfort can be improved substantially
No hangers for the guests. Only the imagination of them.

Great place if it had a better management , maintenance, cleaning staff and if they cared. A kitchen facility that is never leaned, garage from previous client in the room, bathroom, closet, in 4 days and nights no towel change, only one spoon, one fork, one plate kitchen. towels missed replacing. A day where no one cleaned was the same as a day they apparently cleaned. Worst experience ever after 20 years of traveling to Germany. It is a shame. Fortunately the Indian Restaurant had a better management and is located in the hotel.

Bei Anreise wurde uns zunächst ein Zimmer ohne funktionsfähige Kochnische zugeteilt. Nach Reklamation haben wir immerhin innerhalb 30 min ein Ersatzzimmer bekommen. In der zweiten Nacht war Feueralarm. Weder Feuerwehr noch Hotelpersonal hat die Hotelräumung koordiniert. Gäste waren sich selbst überlassen. Keine Info, keine Unterstützung. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht an Touristen weiter. Zwei Drittel der Zimmer werden offensichtlich als Monteurzimmer vermietet. Entsprechendes Klientel vor Ort. Im Badezimmer stank es fürchterlich nach Kanal, das Duschgel war leer. Für zwei Personen nur 1 Zahnputzbecher. Kochnische nur mangelhaft ausgestattet. Zwei Kaffeetassen ohne Untertasse, nur drei kleine Teller und ein großer Teller. Kochtopf ohne Deckel und eine Pfanne. Kein Kochlöffel, kein Pfannenwender, keine Schöpfkelle, kein Salatbesteck , kein Spüllappen oder -schwamm, kein Geschirrtuch oder Küchentücher. Sehr dürftig, Kühlfach total vereist und Gemüsefach voller Wasser. Müßig noch weitere Mängel aufzulisten. Unser Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder!!!

Bon rapport qualité prix dans le quartier Ostende

Personnels agréable et conciliant Kitchennet pas tout à fait au complet. Nous avions 2 chambres et dans les 2 l'inventaire n'était pas le même. Petit déjeuner à la boulangerie à 5à mètre de l'hotel : sur place ou à emporter des 6:30 W et 7:00 WE Chambre correct,et un bémol pour la literie. Rapport qualité prix par rapport au quartier : 10 étoiles 400 mètres du métro Ostbahnohf et 300 mètres du Tram Parking sous terrain sur 2 étages

Zentrumsnah und gut

Zentrumsnah in Frankfurt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreicht. Alles in Ordnung, Check-in ging schnell, Zimmer war sauber und funktional. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für 15 Euro. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Excellent Rapport Qualité-Prix

L'hotel est tout à fait acceptable du point de vue de l'état des lieux et de la proprété. L’ensemble est un peu défraichi mais fort propre. C'est un hotel de moyenne gamme très correct, surtout au regard du rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vivement pour le petits budgets.

3 Nächte in Frankfurt

Die Unterkunft lag für unser Vorhaben sehr gut. Das war das Auswahlkriterium. Das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und höflich. Dass gegenüber des Hotels gerade eine riesige Baustelle war, stand natürlich in keiner Beschreibung. Die Bautätigkeiten haben um 6:30 Uhr gestartet und gingen bis locker 18:00 Uhr. Auch Samstag wurde gearbeitet. Ausschlafen bei offenem Fenster war nicht möglich, was jetzt für uns aber auch kein Problem war. Die Bahnlinie ist ebenfalls hörbar. Wenn man vom Land kommt, hört man natürlich auch vergleichsweise oft irgendwelche Sirenen, was in der Stadt normal ist. Eine Klimaanlage oder Lüftungsanlage ist in den Zimmern nicht vorhanden, man muss tagsüber schon die schweren Vorhänge zuziehen, damit es abends einigermaßen erträglich ist. Aufgrund eines Besitzerwechsels, Corona und Personalengpässen, gab es nur 2 Frühstücke zur Auswahl, welche in Tüten abgepackt waren und auf dem Zimmer verspeist werden sollten. Da die Zimmer kleine Kochnischen mit dem nötigsten haben, ist das im Prinzip kein Problem, aber das Frühstück ist seine 8€ nicht Wert. Da geht man besser 100m die Strasse runter und verpflegt sich beim Bäcker.
