Communication with service center in Warsaw was horrible. My shower drain was clogged and it took them 3 days to fix it.

Convenient location for a lot of the attractions. The remote check in was chaotic and not easy. Had the hotel been transparent with the information they needed upfront it would have made our lifes easier. We had to do the remote check in with patchy wifi and without a computer. That was a real problem and the people we dealt with were not accommodating. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

駅近くで便利なアパートメント
フロントがないので心配でしたが、係の人が建物のドアの内側にいてくれたので安心しました。建物もわかりやすく駅からも近く便利でした。内装も綺麗で清潔感あり。キッチン布巾かゴミ箱付近がカビの臭いがしました。のでゴミ箱の付近とキッチン布巾には触れずに過ごしました。ドアを勢いよく閉めるというコツを掴むのに時間ぎかかりましたが、その間も係の人がついててくれました。

7 minutes walk to train station. Quiet area. Close to city center as well. Pretty clean. They have a little GYM room, which will be enough to keep yourself in shape)

YOU MUST FILL OUT FORM BEFORE ARRIVING otherwise you'll delay yourself from a quick check-in. It's a self check-in and rooms are available mostly after 3pm. Most of the communication is done by Email. Cleaning department is from 10am-5pm so if you need anything request withim the time frame, after 5pm you must communicate by email for next day. Checkout is at 10am Only request for late check out is until 6pm for 42 CHF Either 10am or pay 42CHF to change check out until 6pm There is someone until 4pm I believe if you need any assistance. The apartments themselves are good, a little smaller than expected. No safe box. About 5-7 minutes walking to the Train station. Comes with coffee machine, kettle, iron, iron board, dryer, refrigerator and plates and cups and other things. In the area of the hotels during the night time I didn't see any homeless people or anything, But getting closer to the train station you'll find more homeless people and a lot of trash. You'll find homeless people too in the center and outside of the shopping area but in front of the hotel I didn't see anything. A few stores and restaurants very close to the hotel which is very good.

Excelente localização, limpeza , conforto ( com excepção das cortinas totalmente translúcidas que permite passar toda claridade da rua , e isso incomoda para poder dormir e descansar ) , de resto tudo esteve impecável . Os contactos de telefone do Costume Service não estão actualizados , devem rever isso .

Reinigung hat schon besser funktioniert.
Ich habe bereits zum 3.mal bei Visionapartmens gebucht und werde auch versuchen meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort zu verbringen. Allerdings gibt es leider keine Kommunikation vor Ort und telefonische Kontakt war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Ein weiteres Problem ist die Müllentsorgung. Während des Aufenthalts wurde kein Apartment gereinigt, auch kein Mülleimer geleert. Ich hoffe, dass sich dis bis zu meinem nächsten besuch bessert. Der Fitnessraum sollte zu dieser zeit mindestens 1x täglich gesäubert werden.

Schöne und ordentliche Appartements
Es handelt sich um ein einigermaßen zentral gelegenes Haus mit einer Menge an ordentlichen Appartements. Für Geschäftsaufenthalte im Frankfurter Bankenviertel sind sie genau das was man braucht, allerdings muss man darauf vorbereitet sein, daß zwischendurch keine Reinigung stattfindet und man eigentlich mit niemandem Kontakt hat und bei Nachfragen eine englisch sprachige Hotline anrufen muss.

Man muss sich einfach im Klaren sein, dass es keinen Zimmerservice während des Aufenthalts gibt. Für mich war das ok. Sehr positiv habe ich die Möglichkeit wahrgenommen, mit einer einfachen Küche sich auch selbst zu verpflegen.

I reell enjoyed the studio. Easy access system without key. Clean and modern. Very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Nice and very clean kitchen. The bathroom door could not be closed but I have reported it and are sure it will be fixed. Very convenient location close to the Bahnhof and a few blocks away from the worst area around the Bahnhof. Will stay there again next time I'm in Frankfurt.

An sich tolles Appartement, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr schön eingerichtet und die Regendusche ist toll. An sich sauber, aber man sieht durch andere Nutzer bei genauem hinsehen, normale Gebrauchsspuren. Die Lüftung ist im Bad sehr laut, so dass wir bei einem Nächtlichen Klobesuch das Licht nicht eingeschaltet haben, um den anderen nicht zu wecken. Fitnessraum im UG ist top! Waren etwas verwirrt, ob wir den Müll selbst rausbringen sollen, etc.

Check in erst ab 15.00 Uhr davor kein Zugang in jegliche Lobby man muss draußen warten falls man zu früh da ist, da der Code Strickt um 15.00 Uhr erst aktiviert wird. Kissen sehr unbequem und für Partner die mit einer gemeinsamen Decke nicht klar kommen leider auch ein Flop. Ansonsten gute Lage und gute und schönen Ausstattung.

A tiny apartment in a great location
Very compact, with everything needed for a stay. If you are traveling with someone, know them well as the shower and bathroom afford very little privacy. It is very efficient with timely email contact with information you need to use a keypad to enter. No human interaction. Very close to train station with supermarkets and restaurants near and tourist areas very close.

Nice and modern apartment.
Very nice, modern, and well-equipped apartment. Two bedroom with two bathrooms makes it perfect for a business trip for two. The espresso machine was defunct at arrival but was quickly replaced. The smoke detectors in both of the bedrooms were stuffed with paper, which the cleaning staff obviously had overlooked. The management sent a proper excuse for this.

Ich habe mehr von diesem Hotel erwartet. Auf Bildern sah alles mega schön aus und in Wirklichkeit gab es da nicht mal ein großen Spiegel wo man sich ganz anschauen kann. Und das soll ein Apartament sein? Einen guten Schminkspiegel gab es auch nicht.

An sich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Leider wird nur einmal die Woche geputzt, daher fehlt schnell das Gefühl von frische. Am Wochenende ist niemand da, da wird es schwierig an neue Hygieneartikel zu kommen. Ansonsten ist das Apartment sehr zentral und man kann alles schnell zu Fuß oder der Bahn erreichen. Ansonsten hat das Apartment wirklich alles was man braucht, sehr schön und Norderney eingerichtet. Auch ein Upgrade ohne nachzufragen bekommen. War sehr zu Frieden und würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

アパートメントです
アパートメントなのでホテルとは少し勝手が違います。チェックイン・チェックアウトは必要なく、事前にメールで送られる番号で入口と部屋を開けるタイプ。しかし到着前にそのメールが来ず、幸い事務所にまだスタッフがいた為（18時までだが18時半にたまたままだ残っていた）部屋と番号を教えてもらえました。スタッフ不在だったらと思ったらゾッとしました。到着後30分くらいしてそのメールが届きましたが遅すぎる。部屋にティッシュがなかったのは個人的に残念でした。バスルームの電球が切れたので、ちょうどフロアにいたハウスキーパーに話したら、スタッフに伝えておくとのことだったが1日でかけて戻った後もそのままでした。なので事務所のスタッフに自分で伝えたらすぐに交換してくれました。
