"Hot tub was advertised, but was non-functioning upon arrival. Could not get assistance with a rate reduction through the hotel and their employees were rude and their customer service line was extremely unhelpful after 30 minutes on the phone. Would not recommend wasting your money."

"It’s a 3 star property at best. The exterior looks very nice, but the beds are extremely dated, both of the beds in my room, felt like you were sleeping on the side of a mountain and the air conditioners need to be serviced and or completely replaced. It sounded like a semi truck was in my room the entire night and everyone woke up congested. Be prepared for some strong smells throughout the property. I don’t know if certain rooms come with kitchen - I have no idea, but the smalls were really bad. For a May visit the pool was freezing cold - and it’s an indoor pool so sustained heat doesn’t cost the property that much. The breakfast has great potential. They just need a little attention to details and to keep things fresh and hot. The location is phenomenal and the staff is very sweet they just need to replace the beds and the air conditioners and do a deep deep cleaning."

"My room was nasty, I checked in, went to my room. Saw how the room was unkept and smelled. I went back to the front desk and asked to be moved. They would not accommodate me changing rooms. I then checked out. It was not a great experience at all. No refund, was worth staying there. I spent close to 175.00 for me to go in and change my clothing. What a disapointment. "
