"Breakfast was fresh but not anything special "

"The hotel was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, I drove an hour out of the way to have a hot tub and when I got to the pool area the hot tub was broken. The front desk didn’t notify me of this even though I specifically mentioned during checkout that I was heading to the hot tub immediately. Once I got to the pool area and found the hot tub not working I called the front desk I was told there was a maintenance man coming to fix it. I waited hopefully for quite a while but no one came. A fellow guest then told me that it had been broken the night before as well. This part of my trip was very disappointing and had I known the hot tub wasn’t working I would have stayed at a different hotel for half the cost and half the distance from my destination. "

"Staff was professional and polite to the max. Room/suite was excellent. Cobweb in the corner of the wall in the bedroom, but, overall, the stay was superb! "

"I got a “suite” but when we got into the room there was no furniture in the front room. "

"Needs a better cleaning but overall a quiet, decent stay. "

"The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. If you can’t get that right, nothing else really matters."
