"Ill start by saying the staffcwas great!! This review is for management/owner. Its dirty!!! Our first room was filthy...like they never changed the sheets! Hairs and wrinkly sheets, bathroom was gross with a lot of hair, visible and significantly dirt/grime in corners, bathtub crust.The room the moved us too was less dirty - but still not clean... but by then it was late and we were leaving early a.m. so i just dealth eith it. "The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost of stays. Smokers gather just outside of exits, so be prepared to smell like an ashtray whether you smoke...
