"I stayed at this hotel for four nights.
At check-in, they told us that THEY ONLY DO THE ROOMS EVERY OTHER DAY. That was a big surprise. And after 4 nights, THEY NEVER DID OUR ROOM. I mentioned it at checkout, and they apologized and said I would receive extra Hyatt points, which I have not yet received.
Breakfast had scrambled eggs every day, but bacon/sausage only 3 of the 4 mornings. Not good. (the lady working the breakfast is great).

"Staff was extremely friendly and on top of things. Amenities were great, really enjoyed the dinner apps and drinks with our stay, and our kids loved the nachos.
