"Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight.
We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds.
Will not be staying again or recommending this place."

"Ive stayed here a few times. The rooms are spacious and face out over a lovely park with a balcony to relax on. Nice design inside with lots of light. Walk to everything. Its my go to accomm when Im in Frankston, although getting a bit more pricey of late."

"Everyone at this hotel was very friendly, from the moment we walked through the doors till the moment we checked out.
Having the bistro next door was so convenient & the breakfast was amazing value.
If we are ever back that way again we would not hesitate to stay again."

"The rooms are very spacious and quiet considering the busy road location. This was the third stay and we still were impressed with everything including the delicious meal in the Bistro downstairs"

"Lovely, clean, quiet property.
Out room had everything we needed with plenty of space for a family of four. Bed were pretty comfortable too. The Spa was perfect temperature and location is close walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning."
