"The property fell short of 5 stars only because of their lack of control over other patrons. I called the front desk around 9pm to ask they alert the family that occupied multiple rooms that their children were running in the hallways while screaming. It’s a beautiful property within walking distance of the ruins, but I expect more from hotel staff so we probably wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. "
