"I was on Vacation with my Family, the room was perfect, Gym I did not have a Chance to use, the breakfast was ok, on the staff we have a big problem, Koby the manager was really nice with us, he is a great guy, but there was a worker name Nathan that he was out of himself, he was rude with other workers, and we were afraid he could harm "

"What an amazing hidden treasure in Winter Park. Unquestionably the nicest 2⭐️ hotel i've ever stayed in. Will definitely book again on my next mountain weekend getaway. "

"With the Gravity Haus being located close to the Winter Park ski mountain, we were extremely disappointed to find out that both HOT TUBS were inoperable during our stay, the bathroom overhead light fixture was unsafe to use since it appeared to be shorting out (flickering like a strobe light), and the property didn't have a SECURED luggage area for our luggage (with being told that check in wasn't until 4pm) and didn't have a vehicle to store it in since we rode the ski-train up from Denver, while we went to the ski village/mountain. I would NOT recommend if any of these reasonable accommodations are important to you!!"

"The walls are paper-thin. The beds are sold as memory foam mattress, they are not. I sleep on memory foam. It gives just a bit when pressed. These beds are the cheapest hardest mattress from whatever local discount mattress shop. There was an extremely limited breakfast available. One night our neighbor had a full mental break down and ems had to sit outside our room for hours. Also we arrived after 10 pm. We were left to wait in the cold for a staff member. They provide a phone to call said staff member but it does not work. I hope you have cell service or your not getting in. Believe the other reviews. For the money you can absolutely do better elsewhere. "

"Clean room, friendly and responsive staff. Kitchenette well equipped. Nice location away from major resorts but that means you will do more driving to get to some places. Hotel needs updated, old and worn. Gym has minimal equipment, arcade has very little games. "
