The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. They are all very proud of what they're doing and they reflect it onto their guests. I will be back! "

The level of service and quality of food in the restaurant was great. We brought our dog and they even had a separate quiet restaurant area for those with dogs which we used both evenings. "Fantastic place to stay in Sansepolcro. Hotel is upscale and in a good location. Rooms are very clean and well-appointed. Parking is a hassle but if you don’t mind walking for a few minutes it’s not a big deal. Will stay here again. Hotel staff is very friendly."
