"The $15 dollar a night parking fee is ridiculous for Tucson"

"Arriving in Tucson with 100° temperature you’d expect the Air Conditioner to work. Sadly, I spent a whole day and night with an air conditioner not functioning properly. They sent a maintenance person who diagnosed it with as a broken compressor. They reassigned me to another room and the air conditioner worked well for the remainder two days. They should have a system in place where they test the Air Conditioner before a customer checks into the room."

"Had a horrible experience. We were in the king room with sofa bed. There was a hole in the sofa bed and no sheets or blankets were provided for the sofa bed when we asked for some, front desk said there wasn’t any. TV didn’t work and the smoke alarm kept going off."

"Overall the place was good. It’s a non-smoking property but the first thing you smell when you walk in to the lobby is the smell of a smoker. The actual room itself was clean and free from the smoke smell."

"My mother came to town and we stayed here for a week. The property itself is not bad; not dirty but I think it could use some more TLC. They put us in an upstairs room overlooking the pool, which was nice, but there were a lot of flying bugs in the room and we could not stay there. "Overall stay was okay. We were told breakfast was going to be served till 9am. We got to the breakfast room at 8:30a.m and there were no eggs so we asked the server if they will be refilling more eggs. She kept saying yes it will be. We waiting 30 mins and after 30mins they started to clean up and and said they were closing breakfast. We said you said eggs were on its way and she goes sorry its still frozen. I mean she could have just us that at the first time. We would have ate somewhere else."

"I have never stayed at an Embassy Suite by Hilton before this visit. I was dismayed to learn that the Tucson East location is designed as a motel, not hotel. The difference being the doors to your room lead directly to the outside versus being situated inside the building and leading to a enclosed hallway. As a solo traveler, arriving at night, the darkened walkways I needed to take to grab the elevator to the higher floors was a bit off-putting. They could certainly use more directional...
