"The room and even the bathroom had a very strong cooking oil and unpleasant smell. The odor spread to our clothes and personal belongings, making the stay very uncomfortable for my family. Because of these conditions, we decided to check out early."

"Our stay at CityHub was excellent from beginning to end. The entire concept of the hotel is modern, practical, and very well designed, especially for travelers looking for comfort, a great location, and a unique experience in Copenhagen. Everything was spotless throughout our stay. The hubs were comfortable, quiet, and surprisingly spacious, making it very easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. The shared bathrooms were always extremely clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. The staff was another highlight. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any questions we had. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed, modern, and very inviting. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and surrounded by great areas to walk around, eat, and enjoy the city. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen. Truly a great experience all around."

"Overall, good experience. Great location and metro is just outside the hotel which is very convenient for both airport and city centre. - Check-in/Out - Process was smooth, - Rooms - Were clean and well maintained. - Breakfast - Excellent buffet spread - Cleaning - Was a bit of let down. Was asked at check-in if we require room cleaning for everyday of the stay, which we confirmed we require. However, room was cleaned on Day 1 and when checked with reception, they said there was no records of our request and that we should have been informed to request cleaning with reception everyday of the stay. But, upon insisting it was confirmed at start - they did make up the room next day. - Early Breakfast - Had an early morning flight to catch, so checked with reception prior day around 9 pm if we can get some packed to-go breakfast, which they confirmed cannot be accommodated and we should have requested before 8pm (again something was not made aware of in advance) - Lack of any mini bar or even a bottle of water in the room. All need to be purchased at reception. Basic couple of water bottles could be expected especially for 4 start hotel. Overall, good location and comfy rooms was all that mattered for us short stay, so we are fine with it"

"I previously stayed at The Square about 2 years ago. We had a great stay last time so I was excited to return again. Once again the Square did not disappoint. Excellent location. Wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast. If I’m fortune enough to return to Copenhagen again I would definitely stay at the Square for a third time."

"Excellent, except they don't appear to check that all the lights work in the room turnaround. No bedside lamp. TV channels have no info so it's lucky dip. The app for phoning reception, about WiFi reception in my corner room, does not work on lock screen, it cuts off the conversation. Otherwise, a good place to stay."

"Staff very friendly, not only on arrival but throughout our stay. Room spacious , very clean & tidy. The room had everything in it that you required ie hairdryer, iron, drinks etc. Also fantastic views from our room on the 17th floor. Hotel well positioned to visit the vast array of sites that Copenhagen offers. Breakfast catered for various tastes & very well presented. Overall a fantastic hotel which I would fully recommend & visit again"
