"Very loud, all night long loud voices and bad acoustics - felt like people were walking and talking in my room - couldn’t sleep much. Very restless place, no staff seen at all in 3 days, and people were for example drinking vodka in the kitchen in the middle of the day, and it wasn’t even weekend. Room was much smaller than in the pictures. Entrance was a messy backyard of some restaurants."

The host did not communicate with us at all in advance of the trip to inform us about: how to check in, where the building was, how we could access keys or even the most basic information. We arrived 1 hour before check-in time not having had any communication from the host. When we finally managed to get in touch, not via the number associated on the booking page, but by a different mobile number, we were told that under no circumstances were we...

"Hotel staff were all amazing, friendly, and helpful. We had to move rooms due to a weird smell and they were very accommodating. We had the breakfast one morning and it was very good, something for everyone and their dietary choices. Hotel felt new and clean. We were able n the 2nd floor and didn’t hear the noise that other reviews had mentioned. The hotel offered bikes for a fee, had very thoughtful room amenities (drinking water tap, yoga mat and roller, robes, rain coat and umbrella….all with a sustainable focus. Would recommend "
