Very clean property, perfect access to walking trails. Comfy bed. We would have appreciated 2 keys. Very tight bedroom quarters, awkward to get around. Nice balcony.

The property was well equipped. The only irritant was the one cup coffee machine. The bed was great for a tall people! A full size refrigerator was a bonus. We would have cleaned the dishes if soap was provided for the dish washer! We would recommend this Micro Boutique for anyone visiting Fredericton!

Beautiful, clean and affordable. Highly recommend for short stays and if I needed a long stay I would definitely rent a unit. Walking distance to downtown core with parks and trails surrounding immediate area. My ONLY complaint is sometimes the key fob was tricky using at front door.

Overall great experience. Easy to find, on a biking/walking trail. Good communication re self check-in, appreciated assigned parking spot, clean, quiet, room well appointed. Bed a bit high, hard to get in and out of as I am 5’2”. Would benefit having room darkening blinds on patio doors, as light came in by 6am. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.

Spotless and comfortable. Bedrooms are very small (one had no window, which was strange), but beds and pillows are comfortable. Kitchenette had good appliances and there were 2 of each utensil and dinner ware. No spare toilet paper though! Check in and out was very straightforward.

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. We were able to walk to unb for basketball, had a nice run in the mornings. Having a gym onsite, balcony and the rooftop made the stay so much more enjoyable! The manager was very helpful and kind that was onsite. We will definitely be back to stay again!

The Price was right but the excellent quality of the unit surprised us. Location was excellent: near the university and the downtown area. It had all the amenities we needded for our sty, easy to access, clean and well serviced.

It was quite loud. You can hear people walking around above you (until at least 2am for me). Couch wasn’t comfortable at all and didn’t love that the bathroom and bedroom beside it had doors with opaque glass so when someone gets up in the night to use the bathroom, it lights up that bedroom. But easy check in process, everything worked.
