"The stay blew away our expectations. We got a suite instead of a single room. The staff were probably the friendliest people in Copenhagen. The views of the canal out the window, the details paid to everything (the hidden fridge), the great water pressure. "We really had a fantastic experience here. The location is perfect for all of the restaurant choices we made as well as the canal cruise we booked. We also appreciate shaving bike rentals onsite and the option to do just a few hours vs paying for a whole day. The hotel decor is quirky and fun. The staff made us feel welcome and it was notable they were flexible with our needs. We would stay here again for certain!"
