"Our stay was fine, we didn’t spend too much time at the hotel. Our room view was nice but all of our bedsheets had stains, which we would consider unacceptable for a “luxury hotel” in a major city like Miami. Our housekeeping lady was nice though and she changed our sheets when we requested it. We didn’t stop by the pool area but it looked nice from our balcony. "

"The room was generally clean; however, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff was rude, and the hotel’s condition was below expectations, with a dirty lobby that did not create a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the noise level was extremely high due to ongoing construction directly across from the hotel. It was impossible to sleep in the morning because of the constant noise, and there were no accommodations or considerations made for guests affected by this issue. To make matters worse, key amenities were unavailable—the restaurant was closed, and the pool was not in service. Overall, the stay felt very disorganized and poorly managed. While I understand that construction is sometimes unavoidable, guests should be clearly informed in advance so they can make an informed decision before booking."
