"Despite booking this stay months in advance, and paying 4x the regular rate due to the World Cup, the condition of the hotel and the quality of the service were mediocre, at best. The lobby was very hot, seems that the AC did not work in that area. The room was OK but it did show some signs of wear. ..."

"This is the first time we’ve been unhappy at a Hampton Inn. It appeared the floors had not been vacuumed! We collected what I think was cat hair on the bottom of our shoes!! Then the bathroom floor was still wet, so I wiped it with toilet paper. The paper was not only very dirty, but full of A LOT ..."
