"My wife and I decided to stay at Hotel Gasthaus Adler because we wanted to experience a quiet, classic, but not far from the black forest at all. Located between farms, it offers amazing views. Their restaurant was amazing! The food, service and atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable with a nice bathroom with lots of room. "Entiendo que es un error por parte de Expedía. No hubo alojamiento en este hotel porque al presentarme allí el encargado me indicó que están en obras, cuestión que pude comprobar, y no admitían huéspedes. Incluso me pregunto si Expedía me había cobrado el cargo por la habitación!!! Cosa que así fue. Inmediatamente trate de ponerme en contacto con personal de Expedía sin conseguirlo (ni asistente virtual y en persona). Mantuve unos mensajes de chat vía web sin éxito en poder hablar con alguna...

"We had an excellent overnight stay. Parking was adjacent to the property and convenient to our room. Breakfast was very good. Warm welcome and friendly conversation, took time to give us advice on travel into Freiburg. We took the tram which was excellent, only a few stops into city centre from village short distance away. Perfect location, peaceful location close to city transport links. We would have used the restaurant but we were visiting friends who live in the same village. "
