"The room was nice and quiet . Lovely bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful if in need of help.
I would have liked to see an ice machine available to guests. Coffee upon arrival could be free for added service.
As well as some a bit more relaxed sitting area to read other then smoking pit.
May I suggest that you start a free book corner for guests to use. Pick one leave one principle in foyer."

"Fantastic hotel. Gorgeous pool which was a welcome relief after a long drive. Lovely vibe in the evening with a dj and outside eating. We actually rebooked for the journey home as it was so perfect. Also next to a small plane airport so amazing to have them taking off while being in the pool."

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Freiburg. Saubere Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Uns hat das ökologische Konzept gefallen, u. a. kriegt man kostenlos ein ÖPNV-Ticket. Auch die Lage direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle mit Verbindung zur Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof ist praktisch."
