"The sink was plugged and wouldn't drain. Because it was a self-serve hotel we couldn't get the issue resolved before our one-night stay was over. It wasn't obvious from the Expedia listing that this was a self serve/ self check-in, budget hotel that would be so cramped. If you're from North America and you don't have data, you won't be able to check in."

"Die gesamte untere Etage war dabei renoviert zu werden, was bedeutet, dass es weder Frühstück noch Sitzmöglichkeiten gab. Wie es nun mal so ist, lagen überall Baumaterialien, und der Boden sowie das Treppenhaus waren staubig und voller Dreck.
Am schlimmsten war aber, dass sowohl am Samstag um punkt 09:12 Uhr als auch am Sonntagmorgen, ebenfalls vor 10 Uhr, die Bohrmaschinen das hellhörige Zimmer beschallt haben, sodass allein der Gedanke an Ruhe nicht mehr zu fassen war."

"The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent for walking the old town, plenty of close restaurants and a grocery store. It is a central location for hiking in the area. There was air conditioning and a safe which we appreciated.
Overall, our stay was ok but the rooms are smaller than we expected and the carpeting was quite dated and needs replacement."

Vom Bahnhof aus bequem in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn (2 Stationen) erreichbar.
Moderne und schicke Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber. Keine Einwegartikel im Bad, was ich persönlich für die Umwelt wirklich super finde!
Seife und Duschgel waren in Spendern vorhanden.
Frühstück habe ich nicht im Hotel beansprucht, da mir das mit 26€ pro Tag dann doch zu teuer war."

"The hotel is situated just by the Munster in the old town and couldn’t be better placed. The hotel is beautiful and very old but well maintained. It has so much character. There was fresh fruit in the room on arrival. The staff were very cheerful and helpful and a total pleasure. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was superb. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit it again."
