"The Mark Spencer hotel is the worst hotel in portland. The hotel itself is a boring nightmare with no character. However, it's the staff that makes it a horrific place to stay. When I stayed there for one night they lost $1000 worth of my belonings. I had just fled across country from an abusive relationship and could only bring 2 bags and my dog. They refused to compensate me in any real way, even though I had checked my luggage with them and they were responsible for keeping it. The manager is...
