"Their listing was misleading. Made it sound like we got the whole locations even had a picture posted of the stairs making you think you got the upstairs too. Show up and you get a dungeon of a basement. You walk down the outside stairs and an alarm goes off every time. You have no temperature control and the owners upstairs turned on the heat and burned us out. No AC and had a few hidden in closet fans. No windows or doors with visibility to the outside. "This was perfect for your 6 person family. Host communication was 5 stars. The entry keypad battery died on our trip and the host was available immediately and solved the issue in less than 10 minutes. The space itself is cozy. The loft ceiling is nice. I will mention there are stairs to any bedroom. No beds on ground floor. (My grandma has limited mobility- I should have looked closer at the listing.) All in all. We LOVED it here. Very close proximity to downtown shops/local hikes."

"Beautiful surroundings, amazing and friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated, and there are no TVs, but with the natural beauty and the incredible layout of the property, TV should be the last of your concerns. Also, there's great free wifi, so just bring a device and watch through a streaming service if you want. Highly recommend this property it is a gem!"
