"Unexpected deposit required, TV didn't work, staff seemed more interested in being on phone, entire place smelled like curry, trash behind dressers, desks, beds, overall cleanliness was severely compromised, stayed less then 2 hrs and left/checked out, refund would be appropriate. Definitely not recommended. "

"I can't be sure about the quality of the room because I never had a chance to see it. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) and there was nobody at the front desk. I called the number on the door and was told that we needed to wait an hour because she was grocery shopping at the moment. I would have maybe been a little more understanding had I been spoken to kindly, but the woman's tone of voice was nothing but rude over the phone.
