"So I booked on August 14-16 but I had to leave early. I checked out on the 15th. I threw my trash and made sure everythwas ok. Returned the card keys to front desk. Checked out. Anyway I get an email on the 16th saying to check out. I’m like I checked out yesterday. It’s been more than a week and I haven’t received my refund. Why? I cleaned before I left and the room wasn’t trashed. Nothing broken."
