"The front desk lady was the best. She was super professional and stern at the same time. You can tell she had experience in the business. The location is great since it's a block from Fremont Street, but at the same time there is lots of shady dealings in both parking lots and surrounding areas. I felt safe but not too safe leaving my car across the street. Overall great place for the price. "

"I did my research going into the hotel so I already knew to take a lyft to the Thunderbird so that wasn't confusing for me.
