"Great staff, clean rooms, common areas, dining and parking garage. The hot tub and pool were fun for the kids and the breakfast was exceptionally nice! At the recommendation of the front desk, we went up to the 4th floor balcony and were stunned with the beautiful views of Mt Rainer and the Seattle skyline. I will recommend this hotel to others. "

Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. "I had a problem getting into my room. The check in guy called maintenance while I waited. He said it’d be about fifteen minutes. While waiting, the front desk guy made a delicious hot chocolate using three different chocolates syrups. About after 10 minutes or so he came back and upgraded my room to the top floor. The room was nice, except they don’t stock lotion in the rooms like other hotels. Also one of the side lamps didn’t work. I liked the shower pressure and air conditioning worked...
