"Outside and lobby were maintained well. The room was a disappointment, bathroom was dirty and creepy. The bed was hard as rock. I wouldn't personally recommend this hotel but to each it's own opinion. The ceiling was stained and it was a line through the TV. Lastly the curtain stayed closed because ..."

"The elevator was broken and was had to lug our luggage up three flights of stairs to our roo.. for someone who is over 60 years old with a bad knee this is not ok. The hotel claimed they had no way to contact us and that expedia doesn't share that info with them."
