Room overlooked the beach. The housekeeping was 50/50 didn’t fully clean the rooms as they should. The young lady that help us with the activities in the front was GREAT

I was disappointed with my stay. The room appeared clean at first, but I unfortunately saw two cockroaches during my stay, which made me very uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously.

The hotel itself was average and clean, the kids were happy because they mainly wanted to enjoy the pool and the sea — and those needs were met.
