"Terrible property that has no business charging what it does. Room was so humid the sheets were damp. Everything is super worn down. Random woman outside was looking in people's windows. The receptionist was impossible to understand due to his accent. We left and booked a room elsewhere. Now I'm out $200 and deleted the Expedia app because I know the hoops I have to jump through to get a refund. I'm tired of this and done."

"Check-in was good. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. The property is old but they are in the process of making updates. Our room had new floors and lights but only one light worked. There was food left in the fridge and the microwave was dirty. We had one bath towel and the bathroom floor was dirty. Overall it was okay for one night."

"This BW is probably the nicest I've stayed at. Very modern and priced better than any LaCrosse hotel. Convenient stores nearby, beautiful views of Bluffs."

"We were very disappointed with this hotel. The front desk man was rude upon arrival and acted as though he was inconvenienced to check us in. The room was very dirty, stains and finger prints all over, and hairs in the “clean” shower. Parking was terrible, especially after we got back from dinner. The pool area is older and in need of updating, but our child did have a lot of fun. This hotel is not worth the price! Very thankful we only stayed one night."

"Breakfast was ok. Hot tub was out of service and the fitness equipment was not in good condition. Lots of freeway noise also. We have had much better stays at other Hampton properties."
