Khách sạn French Island

"The parking was complicated to find on GPS. The "breakfast" was no breakfast. no toast or bagels or anything comparable. 1 banana and dry cereal and mini cups for coffee. No hot tea. The property was dirty with vacuum cleaners sitting around and dirty carpet. the room was clean, but NO functioning tv - it was a smart tv with your OWN app, that didn't work. NO elevator for my Sr. Citizen mom. and they refused to give us a receipt at the end of our stay. They didn't reserve the 2 nights we...

"Beds were comfortable,, location was in an industrial area, hotel itself was under repair, but had multiple sections that were very rundown, bathrooms were totally outdated and the electrical outlets appeared to be hazardous. ‘Breakfast’ was only served until 9 and the eating area was sketchy."

"Reasonably priced, excellent and helpful staff, room was ok but noisy and the room we rented definitely needs a new mattress."

"Room staff and breakfast were excellent"

"Overall the hotel is very well maintained and was very clean. The only complaints we had were that the pool was cold & the loud guests. Unfortunately we heard the guests above our room jumping and stomping as well as guests passing in the hallway. Not sure if they were extra loud or if noises just travel further here. Eventually things did settle down so we did not need to ask the staff to get involved. Aside from those issues, our stay was very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean and...

"I liked the location of the place right on the river/ great for walking. I didn’t like the TVs in the room.TVs outdated/ not smart tvs. For the price that is unacceptable. The other thing that bothered me was the price we paid and didn’t get breakfast? Still a very nice place to stay but showing wear!"

"The cabin rooms were fun!"

"Perfect place to stay as the the suite was great and comfortable. Great breakfast, great location basically right on the riverfront with beautiful gardens, statues and an amazing riverfront display. Walk into town within 5 minutes...no need to drive. Grandad Bluff is 10 minutes. A fabulous destination."

"I would have gen this hotel a 5 but their breakfast dropped it to a 4. Very limited"

"Very nice stay. But please get regular half and half. The fake stuff is poison. Also, real eggs would be better than the eggs served. Overall, we had a very nice stay."
