"My accommodation was spacious. I booked the Triple Room, which has two Balconies. All that was in our rooms was clean and positioned neatly. The staff are very kind and helpful as needed. They are a 24 hour service, which is amazing! The hotel itself is in a very convenient location because you’re not only directly across from the train station, but there is plenty of delicious food selection from cafés and restaurants that are all walking distance to some amazing areas. "Muy céntrico"

"Minute and uncomfortable rooms and bed with poor air conditioning. The pillow were are thin as paper despite asking for different ones. The bigger issue was 2 incidents at breakfast over 3 days where staff was very rude only when I asked for more eggs! They said that’s all we have. The second time it happened, I complained again to reception and another guest complained about the same woman when he asked for fresh eggs and she told him you have a lot of other food to eat! the manager then came...

"Nice hotel. 4 staff waiting at front door and in the 4 days we stayed only acknowledged us once on the day we were leaving. Beach beds you need to book days in advance. Pool was nice and taken care of. Is at far end of strip."
