"Staff is always friendly and professional. It is very clean for the most part except this time my room smelled of urine on my side of the bed, which is the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. I’m sure it’s hard for staff to tell if an animal has had an accident. Just the state of the world these days."

"I visited during the summer and the AC in my room didn’t work… they said there were no other rooms available and couldn’t send anyone to take a look until morning. The room got crazy hot and it was impossible to sleep. The rooms were expensive and the experience was not worth the price… I did give extra stars because one of their day staff members, Kristian (?spelling) was exceptional. She went above and beyond. The night team was okay and not as helpful."
