Took 20 mins to find my reservation, gave me the wrong room at first. Room was filthy with bed bugs in sheets. Had a window with no curtain so street light was coming through. I left not an hour after arriving. Don’t stay here.

It was a good night's stay. Convenient to chukchansi ballpark I was able to walk from hotel. The gentleman at the front desk with really nice I would stay again. ❤️

The rooms are very clean. The automatically provide daily housekeeping which often doesn't happen even at more expensive motels. The things that make this my motel of choice when I am in Fresno are 1) Friendly and helpful staff, 2) Clean rooms, 3) Good Wi-Fi connection, 4) Ideal location, 5) Hot breakfast, and 6) Large towels.
