"Das Hotel ist eindeutig in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringende Renovierungen.
Sehr unfreundlicher und unhöflicher Rezeptionist beim Checkin. Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen in diesem Hotel.
Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig.

"Waren auf der Durchreise dort. Hatten kurzfristig ein ebenerdiges Zimmer angefragt und es wurde alles gegeben das wir es bekamen . Herzlichen Dank dafür.

"Location was great, short walk 10-15 min from the willhelmshoe train station, tram also runs close. Nice park directly behind the hotel. Restaurant had a good buffet breakfast and supper. Regular menu after 8pm schnitzel was good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking directly across the street. 3 elevators. Suite Room was spacious, nice view to the east. Hotel was quiet. I would stay here again without any hesitation."
