"I thought this hotel is in an great location with supermarkets a few yards away. Plenty of restaurants around also. The staff were great on arrival we arrived earlier then expected and room was already for us which we really appreciated. Tram stop only a few yards away also 6 stops your in ciry centre. Overall a fantastic stay thank you."

However, I would strongly recommend improving the security measures in the SPA area to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
