"Not terrible rooms, and complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. The pool seems to be the only thing they’ve upgraded in a while. Walls are paper thin so if you want to eavesdrop on what you’re neighbors are saying or watching on TV, this is a perfect hotel. Unfortunately for us it was less than idea. Not to mention the bar of soap and shower cap that were left in the bathroom from the prior guests. They cleaned the room a second time but left crumbs on the table so not sure what else they missed. Management offered us free breakfast for our stay which was the buffet from the on site restaurant — it left much to be desired. Needless to say we won’t be staying here again."

"I didn't know that I'd be checking in with bedbugs or some kind of rodent that had died in the bed. It was brought to the attention of the management team that night that informed me that I should've stayed on the second floor, cause they don't go up to the second floor. "

"We checked out and hours later discovered I had left my wedding ring and Indian turquoise ring on the bathroom counter. When I called, I was certain it was a lost cause. But Tulsi and housekeeper had the rings. I didn’t expect honesty but they were amazing! We picked up the rings that evening - so thankful for honest employees. Amazing!! Great group of employees!!!"

"This is a very nice hotel! The staff go about their day but they do help when you ask. The room was clean and comfy, a lot of parking and its very convenient and localized to get to a lot of events - especially downtown. The only con is the swimming pool tracks A LOT of water up and down the hallways to get to the elevator. Kinda hazardous but overall - i enjoyed my stay!"

"Reserved two 2 queen bed rooms and upon arrival was told one of them was given away on a first come first serve basis and was given a king bed for our family of 5. Front desk was less than helpful and no alternatives or help was given."

"Parking was easy and we felt very safe. Only downside was that it’s right next to a noisy freeway and heard cars throughout the night. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good - the basics were covered. Room was clean - very impressed by the size of the bathroom. "
