"The lobby area is welcoming, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are bright and spacious. The location is walkable and close to landmarks such as Potsdamer Platz and Checkpoint Charlie. A U-Bahn station is right around the corner. A free beverage voucher was offered for opting out of housekeeping for a day. I tried the breakfast buffet on my last day which had lots of delicious food options.
My guest room was comfortable and clean, although had a faint plumbing/toilet odor upon entry. It was not strong enough to affect my stay, however. The wrong type of coffee pods were provided for the Lor coffee machine (didn't work). Fortunately, the adjoining room where my friends stayed had the proper machine so I could enjoy coffee in the mornings."
