"It's an older building and rooms, though spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient as it's relatively close to public transit and a bit over 1 km from the main railway station, Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Staff is courteous, but note that the front desk is not staffed full time. "Located in a good area of Berlin. Easy access from nearby U Bahn at Stadtmitte to all parts of the city. Walkable to Checkpoint Charlie, Unter den Linden, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag. Good restaurants nearby on Charlottenstrasse. We had self catering studio and shopped at nearby Lidl (5 minutes walk)Helpful staff who spoke good English. Would stay again if returning to Berlin"
