"Clean, quiet...great place to stay."

"Great breakfast. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Will definitely stay there again."

"The location of the property was ideal for shopping and restaurants (about 5 minutes to several shopping centers and the mall). It is also not far from Sandy point (about 15 minutes) or Kent Island attractions (about 25 minutes). There is nothing to complain about with the staff who were nice enough. The room and hotel are fine but, to me, were not quite up to the expected standard of a DoubleTree. We didn't use it but there is a convenient shuttle that probably we could have taken advantage of."

"Very nice facility, rooms are nice and comfortable. The common areas are often refreshed with some type of smell good. Although the room had a staler smell, after the first night, the room was refreshed with the signature smell good. Breakfast was pretty good; the bacon was nice and crispy. Staff I encountered was very helpful and pleasant."

"We checked in on July 3, 2026. Shortly after arrival, we took the elevator and immediately noticed there was no air conditioning. The elevator also became stuck and began trembling, which was very frightening. We repeatedly pressed the buttons to open the doors before they finally released. When we reached our floor, the hallway was also without air conditioning. "This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well. "When we checked in, hotel was having computer issues and was unable to issue a room key. So everyone we left and returned, we had to go to front desk to be let back into our rooms. The staff was not apologetic nor sympathetic. If was as if it was our fault we didn’t have a room key."

"This is a convenient hotel, not a destination hotel. I was required to sign a statement to acknowledge no pets, party or smoking. I heard people talking loudly until close to 3:00am in the hallway. Couldn’t look to see where the noise could be coming from as the peephole had paint over it. The smell of marijuana permeated the elevator and hallway. There was no smoke detector on the wall of the 5th floor hallway. It had been removed with the wires showing. The ice machine was broken and...

"We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!"
