"Absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Lucca! The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great recommendations nearby. Super close to the market center but far enough away where you don’t have as much traffic. Room was huge for the three of us and the shower was spectacular. Be advised there is not an elevator so if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage like we did, you might need some help bringing everything upstairs! Overall, an absolutely lovely experience and would 100% stay here again!"

"Hotel Biskajer is in a great location, next to the burg, easily walkable to all interest points, Belfry, Church of Our Lady, Beguinage, Basilica of the Holy Blood, Almshouses, etc. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lace curtains, china tea cups and more. The optional breakfast buffet is in a beautiful room. While I don’t usually enjoy breakfast, the ambiance is worth it. As an extra treat, we received a bag of cookies as we checked out. We are towards the end of our European trip. We only spent two nights at Hotel Biskajer and this was the first hotel that cleaned our room during our stay. I would definitely return to Hotel Biskajer and will recommend it to our family and friends."

"We have given 5 stars as the hotel & location were excellent. BUT would strongly advise finding out if there's any roadworks being carried out near the hotel! We were woken both mornings at 7.30am with very loud road works outside. If we had known these works were going on we would have booked a different hotel in a quiet area. While we appreciate repair works are necessary we really feel we should have been informed prior to our stay to make a choice. We were away to relax in the peace & calm of Bruges not to be woken up early."
