"Spacious room but no fridge or room safe fitted. Better thsn average Englush breakfast. NCP next door shut down but £6 for 24hrs at Haymarket Rooftop (7 mins walk) if register number plate at reception. Only one lift working. Helpful staff."

"Place hasn’t been renevated since the since the 60s or the 70s, in desperate need of an update. Wanted a table in the restaurant at 8:00. They said they could only serve at 7:30. At 8:00, there was no one in there. On your bedside table, they leave you a small bottle of Own Brand water for £10. Thank you very much."

"rooms were really well appointed and had everything I needed including a Tassimo coffee machine, desk and microwave - great for working away. Food stops at 8pm which is normally when I order so made an effort to go at 7:25 and the bar staff looked harassed and disorganized and said it would be a 90 minute wait for food so I gave up, as it was supposed to have finished an hour before that. However I did have a drink and whilst I was there I watched the deputy manager step in, support his staff, clear the backlog, deal with complaints and then come and speak to me and got me the food I would have ordered. I was very impressed "
