"Food is less desirable .. typical all inclusive
The butler service is not helpful at all .. didn’t get our fridge refilled , or rsvp to restaurants were either not made or made incorrectly. The room service doesn’t provide drinks — the grilled cheese was 2 pieces of cheese on non grilled bread .
The dinner restaurants are very good / Japanese , steakhouse and Italian were our favorite.
We upgraded to a swim up room / highly recommended- this saved our trip .

"Do not use this hotel! Unfortunately, we have stayed here numberous times. This time, our room was not ready, the pool was closed, the front revolving door was broken, the reception staff had a lousy did not care attitude! The bar was very overworked with a hotel booked party that day from 11:00 am. - 8:00 p.m. They were not notified, and said they would have brought additional staff on. The party was very loud with an open attrium. Very disappointed."

"We stayed at this facility for 5 days. On the 2nd day we asked for the bedding to be changed. It wasn't and we had to change the bedding ourselves. On the third day we asked for the room to be cleaned. It wasn't. We ended up changing rooms to get a clean room.
The swimming pool was under repair.
The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was very friendly."
