"The property has everything you need for living for an extended period of time. Going up somewhat narrow stairs is required. There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. "The only thing against this place was that no breakfast was available, and to find a breakfast venue was very difficult."

"From the welcome from Pauline, to the attention to detail in the room, to the great location (you are a very short walking distance from everything in the town and entrance to the Blenheim Palace grounds) and easy parking in front of the house, all this combined to make the perfect stay in Woodstock. Thank you Pauline, it was a delight to stay at Yew Tree, which is clearly a labour of love that you share with your guests making it a very special place to stay."

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. "

"Fantastic little spot. Better than I thought and so well done. Thankyou for a great stay. Shame I forgot to bring a towel but that’s my fault for not reading the description so I had to shower at soho farmhouse. Waking up to the sound of the birds was incredible. "

"Very small bathroom, would say the smallest I've ever stayed in for a superior room. Reception staff very helpful. £6 parking not to bad for overnight stay. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment. Poor shower pressure."

"Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel had a very cool theme to it. Room got a bit hot as cooling fan didn’t work great. Room and bathroom were good size. I would stay here again. "
