"There is no air conditioning, despite the hotel’s claim that they do. They are lying. Our room was 28 degrees and they do not have fans. Staff tried their best but there was nothing they could do. The staff member admitted the air conditioning had not worked since the hotel opened. The rooms are clean and I’m sure if the weather was better the stay might have been more enjoyable. "The hotel and room are very clean and nice ambiance. The staff were very kind and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was available at a cost but we did not take advantage as we preferred trying a variety of food out and about. Location was prime to public transport and most of the sites. Only slight change would have liked is location of our room had the trains passing by right outside our window so when the room got too warm and we opened our window it was very loud. Nonetheless...
