"Zum Glück nur zwei Tage. Die Unterkunft war nur mäßig sauber, es hing die ganze Zeit - auch nach Dauerlüften - ein Kanalgeruch in der Wohnung (der nicht von außen kam). "Voor wie houd van een gemoedelijke en ongedwongen sfeer is dit zeer goed, de mankementen aan het huis neem je er bij. De accommodatie heeft renovatie nodig maar dit zal de prijs opdrijven. De eigenaar heeft steeds een vriendelijke babbel en heeft interesse. Om te parkeren op de straat heb je een parkeerbewijs nodig , dit krijg je gratis van de eigenaar. Heel mooi stadje met kasteelruïne. We vonden het heel aangenaam, het is wel compleet iets buitengewoon!"

"First time im pleasantly surprised by a radisson blu hotel First of all the gym is great Breakfast was better than average Room was well set up reception staff 11/10 the only downside its pretty far from the city center so youll need the ubahn or a car and pay for parking too There is cheaper parking in the city's parking lot next to the hotel"

"The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There was no aircon and no kettle. My ensuite bathroom had a few problems: the sink was blocked, one shower door was off its rails so hard to open close, and the shower head attachment was loose. The biggest problem was the check in which was incredibly slow, and I think the member of staff could have handled it far better than he did. When I arrived there were three people at the desk who were obviously in the middle of a very long complicated transaction of some kind, and they were obviously on no hurry. It involved phoning people up and asking numerous things of the desk clerk. I was obviously impatient to check in, and I think he should and could have checked me in and then continued dealing with the other people, or he could have called over the other member of staff who was at the bar with no customers to serve. I had already paid and my check in would only take 30 seconds, and the other people were obviously in no hurry. I even asked whether I should come back later, as I find it incredibly frustrating to have to wait ten minutes for something that should be so quick, but for some reason he said no I had to wait. Altogether the check in experience was terrible."

"Fantastic modern hotel just 5 minutes walk from Dortmund central train station. Excellent members of staff, very professional and helpful. My room was super clean and modern with tea/coffee maker (5 different types of tea to choose from), nice small fridge with free bottles of water/drinks inside, room safe and many other useful things. The bed was super soft and comfy, the AC unit was super powerful and effective, the shower unit worked fine and the luxury soap/body gel was from Rituals. My room TV had many decent channels on the top of amazon, you tube and other platforms.Free luggage storage. Would highly recommend."
