"good proximity to attractions, great breakfast, nice bathroom. Only issue I had was the thermostat that was not working and was little chilly in the room. The staff told me that I should have informed them but didn't want to be bothered as it wasn't making us freeze. Just dealt with the slight chill at night by bundling up."

"Don’t be fooled by the motel-esque appearance of this establishment. Yes the rooms are old and could use an upgrade but they are very clean and were so convenient for our family. There were dishes, silverware, a toaster, freshly ground coffee, microwave, dish soap, several towels , all toiletries. And it was spotless, the beds were comfortable. The first night around 9 there was really loud music and us and several guests were confused but the next morning we asked them to not do their light...

"I thought when I made the reservation I wa staying in the castle not a lodge. I made the assumption based on the site the rooms were named. Some hotels do that. So I was disappointed to be spending the night in a lodge in basically the basement. Room was clean. Shower was hot, breakfast was basic. Scrambled eggs good. Fruit. Some mystery casseroles. The jutting rock formations were larger than life. Got to finally see some Rams. Big ones and a small family of them the next morning and deer....
