"Room and bathroom only surfaced cleaned. Old, rusty frig. Numerous burn holes in beadspreads. Walls very dirty."

"Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise."

"Arrived at 9pm and they didn't have any clean rooms. Finally gave us room, went up to it and they were still cleaning. After cleaners left we enter to find previous occupants stuff still in the room and floor very dirty. AC vent is in the bathroom which made using it very cold only in there. Remote to tv didn't work, called front desk they said ok but never sent a replacement. We had to go down to get towls as only 1 was left in the room and we are a family of 4. "The shower did not function, the bathroom had unfinished repairs. There was trash everywhere and dog poop on the sidewalks and parking lot. They primarily rent to oil field workers and all the big pickups fired up at 5:00am."

"Stayed here for one night for a sporting event in town. Got the double bed suite room. Literally two hotels rooms joined by a door. It was clean and perfect for our needs. There are camera's everywhere on the property, its very well lit and made myself and daughter in law feel safe being there. I would go back again!"

"The building, the room, and even the parking lot are in a sad shape. My room was in a very poor shape, but you won’t notice initially because the lighting is also very dim. Walls need scraping and new paint. The bed sheets and covers are ok, but then it’s hard to check for cleanliness with the poor lighting. "Bed was one of the worse I’ve ever slept on at any of my hotel stays. Rooms were filthy, management was rude and location was very inconvenient, property not very unkept. Waste of money! DO NOT RECOMMEND! "

"Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub.
