"Upon arrival we had to wait for a front desk clerk to arrive and it felt like there was no AC in the lobby. Nothing was explained, as in where our room/elevator was, what time breakfast was or where, or where the pool was and the hours it was open. The hallways were dingy and needing repair. The walls are thin and you could hear everything in the halls and other rooms, especially children running up and down the halls, at all hours of the evening/night. Someone had vomited in the elevator (around 7am), and the front desk clerk was quick to find someone to clean it up. The only good thing was the shower pressure and how hot/warm the water got."

"I tried to book a hotel with an airport shuttle from DFW. I didn't discover until after that their shuttle didn't run to DFW. Because of this I was unable to get to the hotel and they were unwilling to sign a waiver to allow Expedia to cancel the reservation. I had to book a room elsewhere and ended up paying for two rooms in the same night. I know they didn't technically have to cancel it, but it's just good customer service when they are able to."

"Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast, dinner, and bar were very good (2 free drinks and free snacks at happy hour). The only downside was that I had trouble logging on to their wi-fi and had to use my phone as a hot spot the first night. I hope I do not get an extra charge in my next phone bill. The next morning I told the front desk about this, and they gave me an access code that made it work. They should offer that to all guests upon check-in."

"Staff was very kind. Upon initial check in, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. I went down again and was granted a room request on the 1st floor after discovering how slow the elevator ran. Overall, it’s an old property and it shows. There was mildew in the base of the shower and a cockroach in the bathroom. Snack area was very poorly stocked. Thankfully, we were in the room a very short time; bed was comfy and AC worked well. "
