"Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. "Our hosts, Popi and Panis were extremely kind and attentive. They served us a daily delicious breakfast. The villa is in a great location in Assos! It's just a block away from the town center. There's 3 parking areas. You'll need to know where they are when you arrive. I highly recommend staying here! We loved it!"

"Great property and location.Our room was on the second floor offering great ocean views. 10 min walk to the Main Street with shops and restos. 15-20 min walk to Makri Gialo beach with crystal blue turquoise water and sandy beach. Fabulous pool with sunbeds and full bar for drinks and snacks. 10 min drive to the main city of Argostoli with greater choices. In all a wonderful stay in Kefalonia."

"I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car. "
