"As soon as you walk in, there was a weird smell in the room, smelled old and musky and mild Dewey Wasn’t as big as other Holiday Inn that we stayed at breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful The elevator was the worst part it took forever to get down and up Would not recommend for family traveling with Kids. The suit rooms were really small."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing.. Clean room, comfortable bed.. Staff were very nice and helpful.. Parking very convenient to our room. Heater/AC was a little confusing to operate."

"10/10 A+++"

"Beds and pillows are fantastic. Nice Restaurant on site. Staff super friendly. Free Coffee in room and lobby."

"Breakfast was poor and cream was curdled. Coffee lukewarm warm and tasted like instant"

"We have stayed across the street twice. The room looks and feels nicer. The bathroom was dirtier. Nice pool with an 8 foot deep end! For a budget stay place this was good. The door to the room was sketchy. Breakfast way better than across the street too."

"The front desk staff person kindly offered me a ground floor room, which made unloading and reloading my car easier. I appreciated the access to local restaurants and the easy return to the I-84 freeway."

"Hidden fees hit my card at 4 am and pissed me off"

"We felt pressured to check out, as a staff member repeatedly knocked on our door between 9:00 and 10:00 am to ask whether we were “ready.” The staff were unprofessional. When we checked in, the staff member was barefoot and walking around."

"Ok"

"The staff was helpful for th most part. But the property is terribly run down, noisy and not very clean. I know they are trying hard, but I won’t stay there again."

"Such an amazing stay in downtown Emmet! Very welcoming and clean and the decor was fabulous! Everything we needed and then some and the beds were heaven!"

"Nice clean room, nicely updated, the bed was okay (i’m crazy particular about beds lol). overall a great stop over. would stay again!"
