"The Hotel Ermitage was great in every way. The hotel staff was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly pleasant, personable, and helpful. The quality of the accommodations was excellent; clean and well attended. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Oeschinensee Gondola and within walking distance of the town center. Very peaceful. Overall, it was a great experience."

The food was excellent, as always. Food intolerances were taken seriously and adapted to without any fuss, so enabling us to be able to relax properly Thank you very much Claudia, Gerhard and the team."

Our phones did not have Switzerland included. It took us over an hour to figure out how to check in. The breakfast is not great, just bread and cereal. The road leading up to the hotel is made more for one car, not a car going in the other direction. There are hairpin turns and only a few lights. I...
