"I was a bit uneasy about the "no-front desk" feature because we had 2 rooms and the online check-in was somewhat glitchy. Upon arrival, we were greeted and all was straightened out with ease. This property is a no-thrills, barebones, geared for the younger crowd. The rooms are very plain, no desk, no chairs. Just beds and bathroom. "From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly & were even given an early checkin. We had a spacious, cosy room with lovely views of the mountains. There was a balcony but we didn’t utilize it as it was snowing & cold during our 2 night stay. The shower gel & hand gel were fragrantly lovely. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The only very minor issue was the lack of a fridge & no kettle, although we were immediately provided with one after we made a request. What is so special...
